We turn houses into homes
When I bought my first house in Richmond, I got a quote that nearly doubled by the time the install was done. Nobody warned me about subfloor repairs, transition strips, or "labor variance fees."
So when I started Footsteps Flooring, I made one rule: the price you hear is the price you pay. We measure twice, quote once, and stand by every floor we install - for as long as you own the home.

What we stand for
Our core values
Do the right thing We believe in integrity and taking responsibility. Even when it's inconvenient, we want to do what's right for our customers and own our mistakes when we make them.
Serve beyond expectations We don't simply complete a flooring job. We go that extra mile, anticipate needs, communicate well and create an experience that people feel cared for.
Own it We believe in initiative, accountability and leadership at every level. Don't wait to be told, see what needs to be done and take ownership of it.
Excellence in everything The little things matter. From how we present ourselves and care for someone's home to the quality of our workmanship and communication, we strive for nothing less than excellence in everything we do.
